Life is full of phases – the ups, the downs, the inbetweens. We created lūn to honor them all. It starts with personalized meditations and yoga flows designed specifically for you, wherever you are in your practice. Each virtual session is private, so you’ll always have our full attention.

We’ll also work with you to build your practice into your everyday life so whether you’re feeling stressed or hopeful, overwhelmed or excited, you can feel confident in embracing whatever the moment throws at you…channeling your yoga to help keep you grounded.

We talk

This call will give me a sense of how you’re feeling, what you’re looking for and how your week went – all used to build your flow.

I build

Based on our conversation, I’ll develop a meditation and flow that focuses on the areas you need, both physically and mentally.

You flow

We’ll have a private, 60-minute virtual class where we go through your flow, followed by a 15-minute debrief.

We cycle

Want to keep going? We’ll check-in each week to see how you’re feeling and build you a flow to match your current phase.

Hi! ?

I'm Lianne, 50% of lūn yoga. Dan is lūn's (and my) other half.

We are both so happy to have you here.

I began practicing yoga a little over 10 years ago when I stumbled into a class at The Center for Discovery in Upstate NY where I was working a summer job during college. It was there that I started to learn and witness all of the healing that yoga can offer.

Since then, I've practiced in studios all across NYC and NJ. Yoga has helped me through so many big life changes (moves, career changes, break-ups, difficult conversations, and more). I started lūn to pay it forward.

And while yoga has been such a monumental part of my life, I've seen over and over how this space can be inaccessible and exclusive, and how the principles of yoga can get diluted to seemingly only apply to specific body types and income classes. I really want to help you make your yoga...yours. So let's ignore what Instagram says yoga is and work together to define what yoga means for you.

I'll help guide you to build your practice into your own daily life. asanas, meditation, mindfulness - they're all tools we can use to help bring you into the present moment. We'll work together to leverage those tools to best serve you and your goals.
